Is Mistplay legit?

Mistplay pays "units" for playing mobile games sourced through its own in-app catalog: install a game through Mistplay, play toward in-game checkpoints, and redeem units for gift cards.

Facts on this page were checked against Mistplay's own published terms on July 8, 2026.

How it pays

The practical test of a rewards program isn't whether it exists, it's whether money leaves it. Mistplay pays via Gift cards, PayPal. Minimum payout: About $0.50 minimum; most redeem at $5 to $10. A low floor means you find out quickly whether it works for you; a higher one means your first payout takes longer to arrive, which is worth knowing going in rather than discovering at week three.

Before you sign up

Only games installed through the Mistplay app itself count toward rewards. Referral bonus amounts have changed over time, so check the in-app terms for the current figures.

How we check

Every figure on this page comes from Mistplay's own help pages or terms, not from a press release or another blog, and it carries the date we last read them. We re-check on a rolling cycle and correct mistakes in public when we find them. If a program's terms ever prohibited sharing referrals on a site like this one, it wouldn't be listed here at all, which is why the catalog is smaller than the internet's usual "top 50 apps" lists.
