Get-Paid.com referral bonus
New member: Get-Paid's referral chart describes only what the referrer earns and documents no bonus for the person joining. The practical benefit for a new member is the low cashout floor: $0.50 outside Australia, Canada, the UK and the US, and $1.00 within them.
Referrer: Two tiers, both paid in coins and both uncapped in how many people you refer. You earn up to 30% of the coins your own referrals earn, and up to a further 10% of the coins earned by anyone they go on to refer. Get-Paid's worked example: five direct referrals each earning 100 coins pays you 150 coins, and if those five each refer two more people who also earn 100 coins each, that second tier adds another 100 coins, for 250 in total. Note the phrasing is up to, so treat 30% and 10% as ceilings rather than the rate every account gets; Get-Paid runs a levelling system that raises earnings as you progress, and the referral rate appears to sit inside it.

Getting the money out
A bonus is only worth what you can actually withdraw, so the two numbers that matter alongside it are the floor and the routes out.

Worth knowing
Sharing a referral link publicly is explicitly encouraged: Get-Paid's own guidance recommends making a video or writing a blog post with your link. No credit card is needed, and offers that require one are labelled so you can skip them. Two honest cautions. The site has stale corners: its FAQ still points members to a forum that was retired in 2018. And coin values per offer vary enormously, from a few dozen coins down to fractions of one, so check what an offer pays before starting it.
